Black History Month 2013 Celebrating Communities

This is a celebration of Black History, both past and present. Come and help us celebrate our rich, local black history and our links to our neighbouring communities, within Lewisham and Deptford.
The celebration includes African Dance, South American Dancing LAT.UK (Latin American Arts and Traditions in the UK), Chinese Fan-dancing, Tai Chi, Chinese Tea-Ceremony (Presented by Goldsmths Confucius Institute), Zumba, Local Rising Sporting Stars Vian Sampson (17 year old, female-footballer, currently playing for Arsenal A-Team), and Terrelle Forbes, African/Caribbean Cuisine and Chinese Regional Food.

Special Invited Guests: Councillor Duwayne Brooks and Daniel Pink (Lewisham Way Back Fathers Support Group).
